first: http://www.newamericancentury.org/publicationsreports.htm very scary. chec out the report from 2000, before 9/11 ever happened. note the language and the strategies discussed. note also, in one of the later links, what positions some of the contributors of this have in the Bush administration.
second: http://www.whitehouse.gov/nsc/nss.html similar to the previous but scaled down and more neutrally written. scary, but far scarier in the context of the previous document.

Scary as hell.
